Stereotypes

Today the class discussed the prevalence and power of stereotypes. The class created their own definitions, discussed how and why they can exist, and explored the idea of "us vs. them." The class also considered the presence of stereotypes in their individual lives, and began to explore the implications they can have on themselves and others.

Make a list of what you or others can do to combat stereotypes, prejudice, and racism in your life.
